Liposomal Methyl B-Complex is a synergistic blend of eight B vitamins with trimethylglycine (TMG) and milk thistle seed extract. Calcium folinate is efficiently converted into tetrahydrofolate and 5-methyl tetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), the active form of folate required for methylation.
