The price of UPS Ground shipping from the Institute for Progressive Medicine online store is as follows:
California Orders up to $274.99 : $11.50
Out of State Orders up to $274.99: $13.00
Hawaii Orders up to $274.99: $45.00
Alaska Orders up to $274.99: $25.00
U.S. Orders $275 or more: Free (Ground Shipping Only)
We cannot ship to P.O. Boxes. A telephone number must be provided by you at checkout to place on the UPS shipment.
Expedited shipping is available for a fee of $20 USD for 2-day shipping and $30 USD for next-day shipping. These rates may be higher for orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Please note the below shipment timing policy to ensure that you will receive your shipment when expected. 2nd day or next day orders received by our staff after the 12:00 noon cutoff time will be shipped out on the next day orders are processed.
Methods of Payment
The Institute for Progressive Medicine Store accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American Express credit cards only.
We utilize the state-of-the-art online security features to protect your personal and financial information. Orders placed by 12 Noon CST usually ship the same day, Monday through Friday. Shipments do not go out Saturday or Sunday, and all orders received over the weekend (after 12 Noon CST Friday - Sunday) will not be processed until Monday morning. Special arrangements for Saturday delivery may be made by contacting us by phone. Orders will not be processed and shipments will not be sent on company holidays, a list is available by contacting our office
Shipments over $300 USD will be insured at our expense.
Signature Required Delivery
We may require signature on any shipments over $300 USD.
The Institute for Progressive Medicine Store does not ship to international locations at this time other than Canada.
Shipping to Canada
The above pricing does not apply when shipping to Canada. There will be a flat-rate charged on orders to Canada, depending on where it is shipped within the country. Any duty and tax to be paid for an order is the responsibility of the customer to pay. Duty and tax is not included in the shipping charge and will be billed to the customer separately.

Our General Store Checkout
Once you have selected products and are are ready to checkout, you will be prompted to provide us with your email address, contact number, billing and shipping address information and credit card information.
Once you have completed your online purchase, you will receive a confirmation e-mail that your order was received and is being processed. Our staff will follow-up, if necessary, with additional email communication (and possible telephone contact) regarding any ordering questions and final payment processing. Detailed shipping information will be provided via email when your product is on it’s way to your location.
Product Inventory and Backorders
We maintain most product items available in our store inventory. In order to prevent delayed delivery of your products to you, we may, at our sole discretion, have one of our vendor manufacturers ship or partially ship any product(s) in your order direct to your location at no additional expense to you. We will make every attempt to notify you via email if your product order will be coming to you via more than one package. If a product is backordered, we will ship all available products immediately, and send backordered items in a separate shipment. Edit My Order
If you wish to edit or change your order after it has been placed, please send us an email and/or call our office explaining what you wish to change. If your order has already been processed (typically by noon, each business day), you will not be able to modify or change your order.
Cancel My Order
If you wish to cancel your order after it has already been placed, send us an email asking us to cancel your order. If your order has already been processed, you will not be able to cancel your order, however, you may refuse the package. Any refused or cancelled order that has shipped is subject to a 10% restocking fee, plus actual shipping fees and/or return shipping fees. We will not be responsible for any refused packages that do not arrive back at our facility. A UPS shipping tracking number for all shipments made from our Irvine, California address may be accessed through your account in our online store. A Tracking number may also be e-mailed to you upon request. If any product is drop-shipped by one of our vendors, that tracking number will not be provided in advance. However, if you contact our office by telephone, we will contact our vendor and retrieve that tracking number for you.
